Documents needed

  • Owner’s ID Copy
  • Copy of the Vehicle registration documents or License disk
  • Proof of address not older than 3 months
  • If vehicle is in the company name, you need cipro docs, company resolutions, copy the proxy’s ID

Collection

All payments are to be made via EFT or direct deposits into Pawn My Car’s bank account. There are no debit orders. Clients are liable for bank charge for cash deposits.

Extensions

Loan periods may be extended by authorization and subject to the receipt of the monthly interest payment by the due date.

Non-payment

Non-payment will result in the ownership of the borrower’s pledged asset being transferred to the lender with no further impact on the borrower (including fees and credit bureaux).
